This lamp shade is 23 inches across and from the top of the shade to the bottom of the fringe is 15 inches. When illuminated (as shown here) it is a dramatic and rich golds and black with a gold glass beaded fringe. When not illuminated it reflects a gold and black color as well but the design in the black fabric has some rich gold and burgundy colors also. The picture does not show it on a base as it could be on either as a floor lamp or a large table lamp.

As with all the fabric shades, it is hand sewn with a heat resistant lining and multiple layers of fabric to achieve the perfect coloring. There are thousands of glass beads with some copper beads as accent in the fringe.
